Walk away with your progress report
Scheduling exercise is important but so is knowing what you’ve done, when you did it and how hard you worked. That’s where your progress report comes in. Not only will it give you the get-up-and-go we all need sometimes, it will also tell you when it’s time to challenge yourself a little more. If you find that you’re not working hard enough, consider increasing your distance or duration, or maybe try an advanced class.
| Date | Time | Activity | Distance | Duration | How hard did you work? (Scale of 1 to 10 where 1 is easiest and 10 is hardest) |
